How are orders posted?
Three Wishes Designs uses Australia Post for all deliveries.
When will my order be posted?
Standard shipping are generally posted within 3 business days. This is not applicable to pre-orders or custom orders.
Fast Tracked Express Orders are posted within 1-2 business days. Please note that this option needs to be selected at checkout.
All orders can be tracked on the Australia Post website.
Items returned to sender due to incorrect information will incur a re-delivery charge of AUD $8.50
Standard shipping Within Australia - Flat rate AUD $8.50 (Posted within 3 business days)
Fast tracked Express within Australia - Flat rate AUD $11.00 (Posted within 1-2 business days)
International - Flat rate of $15.00
How long until I receive my order?
*Standard shipping within Australia takes 2-10 business days to arrive to you from the date your order has been POSTED
*Express shipping within Australia takes 1-3 business days to arrive to you from the date your order has been POSTED..
International orders please allow between 7 to 14 business days from despatch (depending on location)
If you need your order by a specific date, we will do our best to accommodate your needs however please let us know prior to placing your order.
All items posted are tracked yet we take no responsibility for items lost in the mail.
Three Wishes Designs is happy to exchange your item (less postage costs) in the form of a store credit to use on the Three Wishes Designs website, should there be any issues with sizing or in the event of faulty items.
Store credits will be issued via email once the exchanged items are received by us.
Exchanges will be accepted within 14 days from date of receipt; goods received outside this period will not be accepted.
Items must be in original condition with original tags, & must not have been worn, altered or washed.
Should you be unhappy with your purchase, Three Wishes Designs is happy to provide you with a refund in the form of a store credit. Refunds will only be accepted within 14 days of purchase.
We reserve the right to refuse a product that does not meet these requirements.
There will be NO exchanges on sale items or custom orders.
